本设备适用于矩形微电子器件、光电器件、扁平式金属管壳等较大管壳的气密
性缝焊。将装管壳的料盘放在工作台上，由机械手吸嘴吸取盖板移动到视觉CCD上方进
行定位识别，然后管壳上方视觉CCD识别管壳，自动调整角度和盖板视觉系统抓拍的外
形尺寸，通过算法计算自动调整管壳的位置和角度，让盖板完全贴合进行预焊固定，预
焊完成后自动由滚焊系统进行X、Y边进行缝焊。产品作业是在密闭的手套箱氮气环境中
进行，整个料盘完成后，由人工交换料盘，从右副室出料。

This system is designed for hermetic seam welding of large rectangular packages, including microelectronics, optoelectronic devices, and flat metal enclosures.
工作流程 | Operational Process

装料 | Loading
管壳基板手动放置于工作台。
Baseplates are manually loaded onto the workbench.

视觉定位 | Vision Alignment

机械臂通过真空吸嘴抓取盖板，移至视觉CCD系统进行识别定位；

系统自动捕捉管壳轮廓，通过算法实时计算并调整管壳位置与盖板角度；

确保盖板与管壳完全贴合。
- Robotic arm picks up the lid via vacuum suction and positions it under the CCD vision system.

System captures shell geometry, auto-calculates positional/orientation adjustments.

盖板定位后，X-Y轴焊接系统自动完成密封缝焊。

全流程在充氮手套箱（露点≤-40°C）中完成。

整板加工完成后，经右侧过渡舱手动更换基板。
