工艺流程优化描述

This system specializes in TO-CAN base/cap welding for photoelectric communication and sensor components. The fully automated process in glove box with N₂ purging (< -40°C dew point):

1. 双机械手协同上料

   • Material coils auto-fed to pick position

   • Dual manipulators: Base arm + Cap arm synchronous transfer

2. 双模式精密定位

   • Switchable positioning:

     • 机械定位 Mechanical: ±20μm

     • 视觉定位 Vision: ±15μm

3. 电容储能焊接

   • Proprietary capacitor discharge power (12kA max)

   • Dual-electrode pressure welding (30-260kgf)

4. 成品输出

   • Auto-unload to finished bin via conveyor
